Prior to joining Waybeo, he has worked with London Clearing House, BEA Web logic, SUN Micro System, EDS and ATOS ORGIN.

He has travelled extensively across the globe and has worked in India and United Kingdom. Mr Biju Kanakkasseri will be leading us from London and acting as permanent representative for European market. Mr Biju is heading the marketing and sales activities in Europe along with Mr Shiv Shankar. Mr Biju is a graduate in computer science engineering from University of Calicut.

Mr K Balakrishnan has twenty-two years industrial experience across various sectors, functions and organizations such as Blue Star Ltd., Sanmar Group and Escorts Ltd. Was the COO/CEO of Century Wood Ltd. & Raman Boards Ltd, an ABB subsidiary.
He has 20 years of expertise in the functional areas of Management included Marketing, Contracting, and Corporate Management. He has traveled abroad extensively in the pursuit of International Business with MNCs such as IKEA, Westinghouse, York, Siemens and others. Set up India's first automated solid wood furniture facility as a green field 100% EOU. He was instrumental in the process of Indian industry moving from a protected environment to global competitiveness.

While in industry, presented papers in the areas of testing methodology for reliability evaluation and non-destructive evaluation using eddy current and X-radiology for the Dept of Science & Tech, GoI and the INAE. He has made an extensive contribution in the area of institution-building, capacity creation and innovation in educational content and approach. He is currently involved in case development with the Indian School of Business, (ISB) Hyderabad & London Business School

Mr Ramesh C Dutt has 30 years experience in information technology sector. He was one of the founder directors of STPI (Software Technology Parks of India), a non-profit organization, under the Department of Electronics (Dept of Information Technology), Government of India to promote Software exports from India. He has also worked as project Director at C-DAC and contributed to the emergence of telecom service industry in India. Mr RC Dutt was instrumental in founding Nest software as founder president.

Mr Ramesh is an expert business advisor for technology business incubated companies at Technopark Trivandrum, one of the best Technology business incubators in the country. He holds master in engineering from University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. >

Mr KCC Nair is the Chief financial officer of Technopark Trivandrum and Registrar of TBI (DST, Government of India).He was one of the founding members of the first Technopark in India at Trivandrum. Mr Nair was instrumental in bringing up business incubation activities in Kerala under Department of Science and Technology Government of India.

Mr KCC Nair has won numerous awards like best business incubator in India, IT man of the year in Kerala. He holds masters in English Literature, MBA in Personal management and Finance, M Phil in Labor studies. Mr Nair is also a PhD holder in incubation and entrepreneurship from Colombo University
